What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I like the ease of posting new content and the ability to review past posts. I like the recently updated photo editing options, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Occasionally, a channel will become un-linked from Falcon. I'm not sure this is a Falcon flaw, necessarily. I think it's more of a problem with LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
