What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

For an in-house social media team Falcon is set up well to create content and campaigns across multiple platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

For an agency managing multiple clients across multiple platforms the UX is not friendly or intuitive. Lack of bulk actions in content creation, and limited reporting that requires a great deal of set up are very off-putting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
