Notified Webcast Solutions is the perfect tool for us to create our webinars without worrying about how they will look or what the setup will entail. The platform allows us to build webinars from scratch and gives us complete creative control, which we have been looking for in a webcasting solution for a long time. INXPO Webcasting is affected twice by poor internet connection. Apart from this there's nothing i dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy for a user to navigate and the final product was remarkable. We did have a lot of hiccups in the beginning stages of working with the platform as well as dealing with many managers out of the US. Only once Mohamed Amirali was assigned as our Canadian Account Manager things finally fell into place. He listened to our issues, found ways to work with us to fix them and always followed up to ensure we were happy with the outcome. He has stayed as our Account Manager to date. Mohamed is personable and easy to work with. You can tell he cares about his clients and wants to provide the best service possible. Mohamed is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Our planning team worked with a few different project management teams from Notified, initially Intrado. Each team had a different way of doing things, so we had to continuously explain our needs to a new management team, which took up a lot of our time. We would have preferred to work with the same team for each event. Having to make a firm decision on the amount of sessions we would require six-eight months in advance was difficult to determine. Our agenda changes continuously until a few months prior to the conference and being locked into a number of sessions was inconvenient. Not being able to make our own changes in the backend of the platform was time consuming, as our attendee profiles have numerous changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On-demand broadcasting options are awe-inspiring; overall, the tool takes the webcast experience to the next level & embedded analytics certainly help in measuring success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A more user-friendly UI can help the end-user or 1st-time user to use the tool with more ease & comfort specifically the mobile users, although at this stage it is suitable for frequent users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
