What do you like best about BrandIQ?

The team at Brand IQ has been tackling the task of bringing app installs for our app. They were very knowledgeable with regards to mobile formats and the best ways to promote an app in various environments, including social media and programmatic advertising. What do you dislike about BrandIQ?

Despite Brand IQ's efforts to simplify things, the nature of app install advertising, both across social media and programmatic, can get quite complex. It is not always easy to simplify things or remove completely the need to use coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering BrandIQ:

Trust the process and let Brand IQ to do their job. In other words, even though app install metrics and the amount of coding involved can get scary, users traffic from an app is much stickier than in a website. We needed to trust the process in order to begin building reliable metrics across multiple platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrandIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our advertising efforts involve bringing users in order to install our app and open an account. Naturally, we faced difficulties achieving reliable app download metrics, especially in the absence of reliable tracking with Apple devices. In particular, we needed to define a cost per installation and per account opening. Brand IQ was able to quantify the results and help us direct traffic in a more optimal and cost efficient way. What do you like best about BrandIQ?

They are very responsive and react quickly to market and product changes. In addition, the rich media creatives they produce are quite advanced. They are helping us grow our and scale our business in a variety of markets. They follow strict financial regulations while creating engaging rich media creatives.
