What do you like best about Brancher?

What do you dislike about Brancher?

While Brancher overall delivered exceptional results and was highly effective, one area for improvement could be the level of customisation in certain features. Although the platform allowed us to tailor many aspects to meet our department's needs, there were a few limitations in adapting some elements to our unique organisational structure. What problems is Brancher solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of Brancher’s standout features is its robust matching algorithm, which pairs mentors and mentees based on skills, goals, and preferences. This has been instrumental in fostering meaningful and productive mentoring relationships. The reporting and analytics tools have also been invaluable, providing us with real-time insights into engagement, progress, and outcomes, which helped us refine and optimise the program as it evolved.

"Mentoring Program with Brancher"

What do you like best about Brancher?

We liked the fact that it can be delivered online and is supported by a portal that is easily accessed and shared between the mentee and mentor. Brancher have been very responsive in dealing with any technical teething problems for our participants.

What do you dislike about Brancher?

There was some initial challenges with getting everyone on and updating things in the portal. The diary setting process did not work so smoothly for everyone (which then impacted on reporting) but Brancher has been proactive in looking to improve this function. What do you like best about Brancher?

The mentoring program with Brancher came at an ideal time for myself - I was new to the public sector and did not have many contacts within the Department. Brancher's matching process was a breeze, and I felt like they did a great job in providing a few mentoring options for me to narrow down. I've been seeing my mentor fortnightly for 6 months now. Brancher's resources helped kickstart our mentoring conversations, and we go back to them now and again to keep us on track. The ongoing customer support and check ins with Brancher have been helpful as well, addressing any questions we have with the platform and also taking onboard our feedback.
