What I like most about Braintrust AIR is its user-friendly interface and the smooth interview experience. The AI-powered structured conversation is a big plus, and the AI asks relevant follow-up questions based on my previous responses instead of moving through a fixed list of questions. That made the conversation feel more natural and let me better explain my skills and experience. It makes the interview process flexible, efficient, and less stressful by letting candidates complete interviews at their own convenience. The AI follow-up questions have been greatly helpful for me since I can have the conversation at my convenience and share my thoughts, and they help me understand where I am and how I can improve for the next questions. It also gives a consistent evaluation process. The overall process was smooth, easy to navigate, and much more convenient than scheduling a traditional screening call. Compared to other AI interview platforms, Braintrust AIR provides a smoother and more intuitive experience with an interface that's easy to navigate. It works well with the ATS and Slack, and those integrations are helpful for me. The setup was very easy, unlike other platforms it doesn't have too many questions for signing up, and the UI is smooth and easy to access. It's been a great experience and a game changer for me. I think the AI could do a better job of understanding complex or detailed responses. I’d also like an option to edit or clarify my answers before submitting them. After the interview, I would appreciate more human interaction or more personalized feedback. Braintrust AIR moves fast from logging in to finishing the interview, the whole process didn’t take long. I appreciated the clean layout and how clarrly each step is guided, so I always knew what to do next. It also ran smoothly alongside my usual laptop tools without slowing anything down.
