**What do you like best about BPA Restaurant Professional?**

This software is a very good choice for building database. It manages the work of restaurant industry very well and it also allows you to manage the menu. It has good billing & invoicing features helps you to know the collection of money for a period of time.

**What do you dislike about BPA Restaurant Professional?**

This software doesn't have any feature to manage the waiting list. I also lost my data when I updated this software but when I contacted with customer service, my data was restored.

**What problems is BPA Restaurant Professional solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BPA is a nice tool to manage the employees and your sale but due to higher pricing of this software, I'm not using it now. But it is also a good software.

Ease of use is not awful. It is an all-inclusive program so on one hand it theoretically makes operations smoother.

**What do you dislike about BPA Restaurant Professional?**

However, both the front-end (POS system, Reservations, Table Management) and back end (payroll, inventory, kitchen etc.)  offerings are not even half as good as other options on the market, many of which seamlessly integrate third-party programs.  The layout is archaic like a 90s windows computer. The competitors are current apple computers.

Consider your other options. Price is quite steep for the offering.
