There is good range of simulations which much better in realism to what we've seen some other products. The portal itself is very easy to use and has a nice layout. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** I haven't found anything I dislike about the product. **What problems is Boxphish solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is benefiting us by providing short but engaging training for our staff. The phishing simulations are sent is such a way that every member of staff sees a different email from someone else and is sent in batches instead of to everyone in one big hit. Boxphish provides a very intuitive GUI and its very easy to be up and running with working simulations in no time. We are running a 12 month schedule with automatically enrolled training, with the odd random simulation thrown in and we are happy with the results we are getting back. The onboarding was easy, integrating with O365 went as smooth as hoped and we were supported by Yaz, who has kept in touch since with follow up meetings and checking in with us, which is appreciated. **What do you dislike about Boxphish?** So far so good, nothing to add here. Scheduling a simulation couldn't be easier and simple with multiple options to send immediately, delay or trickle feed them into user's inboxes. The customer support and regular account review calls are really helpful due to the complex nature of our infrastructure.
