It would also be nice if we could do a save for later so I can prep documents as this takes some time and have them ready to send as soon as I get the green light. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** SignRequest can revolutionize how your company processes required forms and documents. Adding speed, flexibility, and convenience, SignRequest makes a meaningful difference not only for your team but for both your internal and external customers.! **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Convenience and time are what we have gained. We used to have our Offer Notice, signed and dated by four leaders in our company on paper and walked around which was inconvenient if people are out of the office or traveling; you would have to wait. We have implemented using SignRequest with our Offer Letters so candidates don't have to print, sign, scan, and email back they can click and sign and date and be done. Not only does this make it faster for us to receive their signed documents, but some people do not have access to this equipment and have to go to a printing center to complete this process. I created templates out of our two forms for background check authorizations that I can send off in a minute and the candidate also returns so much faster than previously when we emailed them documents they would need to print out, sign, scan again, and email back. It's nice knowing when a document has been opened or if the person has not opened or maybe not seen the email. To this extent, I changed my settings to notify me every time someone signs as each signature is a celebration, and when we have documents that have multiple signatures it is nice to know we are making progress instead of waiting until the end to receive it or logging in to keep checking the status. I have also made a template with our Staffing Agency Contract for when a recruiting agency wants to help us recruit. They have to complete our agreement to work with us. I started with a free plan from SignRequest ( which by the way provides one with decent quality electronic signature services at no cost!) and I loved how convenient and easy to use SignRequest is. A few months later my entire team was using SignRequest. We recently switched to a paid plan which gives me access to more advanced tools and makes my life even easier. I definitely see the value in switching to paid plan and would recommend everyone trying it considering that the licenses are reasonably priced and provide access to all the signed documents, even those I forgot to save right away. Again, the prices are reasonable, so I find this to be a very good investment. I also love the sign in with Google/ Facebook feature. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** When using a mobile device to sign a document a signature might be of an awkward size (usually too small). It would be great to add a note to the signer that they can adjust the signature/ text size. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** SignRequest is an awesome tool to speed up document signing process for companies that have employees working remotely and those who have customers/ partners all over the world. I have had multiple times when a contract has come back unsigned because a person did not realize where they had to sign, or they could not fill it our because they dod not have a full version of a PDF program that allowed signing. The interface for setting up the documents is very simple and intuitive; it requires very little training or explanation on our part to have an unfamiliar team member begin using SignRequest. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** The newly imposed limits on the free version of the software; at least one of our users had to begin using PandaDoc after hitting that limit. It'd also be nice if there was an option to receive the signed PDF with the signing log merged into that PDF instead of it always being sent separately. The signing log is essentially an extension of the signature page, and always needing to either merge it ourselves once we receive the two PDFs or needing to deal with two separate documents is a hassle. Another issue that we have run into is that SignRequest emails sometimes end up in the recipients' junk boxes. We've added default wording to all emails related to SignRequest documents that users should check their junk mail if they don't receive the documents, but we have found anecdotally that this occurs less frequently with DocuSign or PandaDoc. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** SignRequest should definitely be considered if you're looking for a digital signature solution. **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SignRequest to obtain digital signatures simply and affordably. We had already largely done away with paper documents before even using SignRequest, but on occasion we had signing parties who were printing out documents, signing them physically, scanning them, and emailing us the scan, resulting in a valid signature but in a document that's not text-searchable without first running OCR, takes up more space on the server, etc. SignRequest has largely allowed us to do away with that completely. ### 12. I should be able to drag and drop signature spots, and also have a template that locates signatures in the same place on future documents (I send a lot of the same documents, but it has to be customized with the client names). Example is the option to put a date on the document, which doesn't allow for adjusting the size of the font, which looks less styled.
