It's excellent that it has a signing log which I can save as my proof of when and who signed it. I can track where it is at any time online. I can use it on any device. I am able to use my own signature on any document I need to sign. It has an approve option that comes in very handy for me since I process documents that have to be approved by another person before the signer does so. It has a textbox that lets you or the signer insert a comment or any information. It has different font options to sign the documents. I can create templates which is a great plus for me when I have to process the same document for more than 1 person. It has a color-coded system for the contacts you add in the template which is very handy so you don't get confused when you prepare the document to be signed. You can resend the document as many times as needed so it can be completed and signed. The process is very smooth and easy. You can easily download the signed document from the email you receive letting you know it's signed. I love that I can include up to 10 plus people in the document, this is very helpful for me. I also love that I can send a copy of the document to all the people that need it when I upload the document, this saves me a lot of time daily. It only takes 2 minutes to sign the document. It is very useful that I can receive a copy of documents that are prepared in other offices but have to stay in our files for future reference. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** The fact that you cannot edit the document once you upload it is a very bad minus for this resource. It is also a minus that when it is processed you cannot edit it. Sometimes after the process is completed I need to change a letter or a word and have to submit it again. It would be a great plus that the document could be edited after processing it. It is also a minus that you cannot create folders in it to keep the documents organized by tasks. I am a person that likes to keep things organized by groups or tasks and the fact that this is not an option here is very sad. The email notification most of the time goes to spam. People who receive the document cannot edit it before signing it if they find a mistake in it. It is very sad that you cannot personalize the view of this resource. The lack of vibrant colors and backgrounds is very unpleasant. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** This is an excellent resource for signing documents electronically. It has a sign log that is very useful to keep track of where it is once you send it. It lets you create templates to easily process the same document with different names and changing the original document to do it smoothly. Like most software applications nowadays, it is dumbed down and sometimes difficult to figure out how to complete creating a template that will work as desired. They recently updated the interface and I have continued using the 'old' version because it is much more user friendly. The other major issue I have is that there is no way to automate the process. Then I just fill them in with the new clients information. My account keeps switching between the two, I prefer the new version. Really like the product and didn't have any issues. Only thing maybe a mobile App would help as I think the mobile version isn't super smooth. Also when marking the fields for signature it can be tricky to hit the right spot sometimes so guess there it would be good to provide an easier solution.
