Gone are days when you print your agreement, send it to the client & wait for them to read & review it, now you know if the client has viewed the document & signed it. All done in real-time so that we can ask client diffculty with the agreement. **What do you dislike about Box Sign?** The only downside I feel was to able to integrate it with a custom email address, where we can send SignRequest email from our own personal domain & change the email for different clients. One more thing that we need as a feature is the ability to edit the document & resend it, as currently once the document is uploaded there is no way to edit it. Another thing I dislike was to have a plan which is cheaper for small SMB who don't require unlimited signatures but around 20-30 a month is fine. **Recommendations to others considering Box Sign:** Probably would love to have 20 documents plan which should be around 2-3pounds a month **What problems is Box Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** No Physically document required to sign, the main benefits are it records user information like IP address, the computer used & other details to validate the user have only signed the document.
