I really like BotStudio a lot; it greatly speeds up the development of robots for desktop automations. The orchestration is quite straightforward, and the interfaces are very easy to understand. I must confess that implementing BotCity was easy. Another noteworthy aspect is the libraries that BotCity has developed; the speed and accuracy of the search-and-click function for a reference image are truly impressive. To conclude, BotCity's support is excellent and has always been responsive to my needs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The focal point that truly impacts is the lack of integration with Azure, Jira... for versioning codes; I believe their native option is not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The two main reasons that made me choose the framework were the ease with which I find the documentation and also the ability to integrate with a graphical interface. Another positive point is the ease of implementation, since it uses Python as a base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, I haven't had any negative points with the framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Botcity is a complete tool, which allows the development of RPA's with greater ease, where numerous resources are available, due to the use of the Python language and a good platform for managing and monitoring processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I personally like the development option per line of code and found the need to access another application to use OCR a little uncomfortable. If you heard of any feature in VSCode that allows OCR capture it would be interesting.
And a native solution for OS integration to capture selectors from legacy systems would be a great feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Strengths of the tool:
Monitoring and visibility of automations;
Access to support and reference materials;
Development tool;
Monitoring of automation events: errors, alerts, stages, logs.
Scheduling module;
Deployment of robots;
Versioning; Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has not yet been possible to report disadvantageous events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've found several aspects of BotCity to be quite impressive, one of which is the ease of implementing simple automations using functions from its libraries. Despite my limited experience with BotCity, I've noticed that the Maestro feature is quite intuitive for learning how to orchestrate my automations. Another positive aspect is the communication with the BotCity team; they are always willing to respond as quickly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some areas that I felt could be improved. For instance, the BotCity Studio didn't seem as intuitive as I had hoped, lacking some user-friendly features. I also missed having a tool within BotCity itself for more straightforward web element capturing. While the documentation is rich with examples and information, I felt the absence of an in-house course, ranging from basic to advanced levels, or perhaps more tutorials with diverse examples. A great advantage of Botcity is that It hás an huge integration with several python-based libraries. I really liked the execution speed of the bots created in my studies, I did some simulations comparing them with other tools, such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere, and BotCity was much faster than both. The support is also very good, they have a Discord channel that guarantees an effective communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I have nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The scheduling platform is intuitive, making the experience even more incredible.
We can track scheduled robots, versions and execution status.
In addition to having a password vault that guarantees good practices and code security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe it can improve the studio for developers who will create the bot using a graphical interface, making it more intuitive and the reports extracted via CLI can be more complete, with richer information about the bots, e.g.: execution time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bot City is a true game-changer in the realm of process automation. Its intuitive and simplified approach ensures that each step of the process, from orchestrating automations to deployment and management in a production environment, occurs almost automatically.
The orchestration of automations stands out prominently in this software. With a user-friendly and straightforward interface, users are guided seamlessly, enabling the creation and execution of automated routines with utmost ease. Bot City takes the lead, making the process nearly autonomous.
The automation deployment process is equally streamlined. With just a few clicks, automated tasks are transitioned into the production environment without complications, saving time and eliminating the need for advanced technical expertise.
Management in production is where Bot City truly excels. With its ability to execute and monitor automations efficiently, the software offers a smooth experience for users. All complexity is abstracted away, allowing professionals to focus on the end result while Bot City takes care of the rest.
In summary, Bot City not only automates processes but simplifies the entire lifecycle of automations. Its ease of use enhances productivity and enables users to concentrate on what truly matters, making it a valuable partner in any business environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing is perfect. Meets all the necessary requirements for automation to be successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An excellent platform that is extremely easy for corporate use and has an excellent learning curve. support the community by encouraging and helping to improve and evolve the framework Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Botcity is a big company, it's difficult to say exactly what is missing, because they are always rushing to exceed customer expectations, there is still nothing that discredits Botcity in my point of view Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way it operates like Lego pieces, where I can create solutions using some of the leading languages in the market, in my case Python, allows me to further enhance Python's delivery efficiency and automations using BotCity. Another important aspect is security, with the latest implementations of environment variables directly on the platform, avoiding issues with providing passwords to third-party platforms.
There is indeed a concern for the developer, you know. I say it's a platform for devs, made by devs, genuinely seeking to solve problems for everyone, regardless of the desired language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cheaper plans, but I understand that, being dollar-denominated, it doesn't become affordable for the company I work for, which is a small company in Brazil. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
