I've been using BotCity for some time, and it has genuinely assisted me in automation. What stands out to me the most is BotCity's user-friendly interface and the seamless orchestration it provides. The most helpful aspect of BotCity is its comprehensive set of features within a single solution; it has been especially beneficial since I'm a beginner.
As someone new to automation, having all the tools I need in one place, thanks to BotCity's seamless orchestration, has expedited my progress and boosted my confidence in managing automated tasks.
In essence, BotCity meets my needs perfectly. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for dislikes, I haven't encountered any significant issues with BotCity so far. It has been ok in terms of functionality and ease of use. I have been able to accomplish what I needed with ease, encountering minimal difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My opinion is that the library is full of features, integrating with other available tools such as selenium, and its integration with the ease of use orchestrator makes it easy to handle information, errors and log messages, as a built-in function.
The performance of deploying a bot, its versioning and availability on the dashboard is also well thought out, providing the main information for developers and people who are involved in this project in some way. The Academy tool has a good learning trail on RPA Orchestration that presents the platform and its functionalities in detail.
Support also provides a good communication channel to answer any questions that may arise when using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't have a good experience using BotCity Studio, I don't think the tool is very clear about how it works, the documentation explains some of its features very briefly, mixing its own tool with a third-party tool, I think BotCity Studio needs to be better presented about its functionalities. Besides the fact that it uses Python, which in my opinion is one of the best programming languages today, botcity also manages to combine it with frameworks and libraries that are extremely intuitive and easy to learn, making it faster to build these robots.
Their orchestrator environment is also incredible, very easy to understand, simple and robust at the same time, with many important features but in a simple and didactic layout.
The community is also an advantage, whenever I needed any kind of help, I was attended to IMMEDIATELY via the whatsapp group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I'm saying that I don't particularly like, but rather that I've had a bit of difficulty trying to work with web applications using Edge. I don't know if it's the tool itself or Python/Selenium in particular.
Another issue is that I still haven't managed to understand how to handle exceptions in a robust way, it would be interesting to have a specific course for this (if it already exists, disregard my opinion here :D). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked most about BotCity was the ease of use and learning. Before using this tool, I hadn't developed automations, but after the training and support from the BotCity team, I was able to grow as a developer and build robust automations that meet my clients' needs. I can confidently say that BotCity has changed my career by opening new doors and bringing me opportunities. I successfully implemented ideas from the BotCity community to assist in solving my clients' problems. I can say that I recommend BotCity as a robust and versatile tool for developing high-quality Robotic Process Automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Several documentations are missing in the code and in the documentation itself, making the process a bit more complex as it leads you to search for how to do certain things using BotCity. Nothing overly complicated, but there is room for improvement. Regarding the Maestro and orchestration, I believe it has great potential. However, I think the BotCity team needs to implement some changes to make the platform more intuitive and self-explanatory. I've never been able to create a queue of automations to run without errors in one of the automations affecting the execution of others. This makes the process more manual and goes against the essence of automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've had an incredible experience using the BotCity framework, especially in our ERP developed in Delphi, where accessing on-screen elements can sometimes be challenging. As someone who already developed RPAs using Python, the implementation of the BotCity framework was remarkably smooth and quick. Its integration into our development model proved to be seamless, significantly reducing development time, especially for RPAs interacting with legacy desktop systems. The BotCity Studio's interactive nature is a standout feature for me. It not only simplifies the process but also generates the foundational code for user interaction with captured images. It's been a time-saving and efficiency-boosting tool in my development journey! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One improvement point that I see would be a better formatting of the code generated in BotCity Studio. I understand that the purpose of this tool is not to function as a full-fledged IDE, but improved text formatting would significantly enhance the overall process. Clearer code presentation would be a great asset to an already impressive tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using BotCity almost daily for the last couple of weeks, and I must say that it is an easy-to-learn, use, and implement RPA platform, especially for those with a programming background.
BotCity adopts a high-code RPA strategy, making it excellent for customizing, deploying, and maintaining automations. This is particularly advantageous compared to low-code alternatives, where achieving the same level of customization can be challenging. BotCity's approach to computer vision-oriented automations also addresses several issues commonly encountered with typical low-code desktop alternatives, and the bots are usually much faster than other platform's bots.
Additionally, the community on Slack proves invaluable for both exploring open repositories and obtaining customer support whenever needed.
It's a go-to platform if you're looking for highly customizable, easy-to-implement, and deployable automations! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't faced many issues so far, but the BotCity's Maestro interface could be improve both in terms of usability and simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BotCity is a very simple and effective tool. We can say that they are revolutionizing the process automation market. For us developers, this is crucial as it brings ease, agility, and demonstrates being more up-to-date compared to the platforms available in today's market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The absence of a unified platform can lead to a greater dependence on the internal team or external sources for technical support, compared to low-code RPA solutions that provide integrated support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I can have the freedom to create the script in Python, not to mention that I can use computer vision to select elements on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As incredible as it may seem, there isn't anything I don't like about Botcity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The Botcity improved the creation time of RPAs in 100%
- The big problem of RPAs is the maintaince but using Botcity I can coordinate, make updates and bugfixes to my users more easily.
- I can mix the strategies inside RPAs, for example I can make RPAs that uses Selenium + Computer Vision, it's an advantage for complex cases.
- It was easy to start create my robots because they provided a lot of documentation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No points to say, It was easy to start and maintaining my RPAs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BotCity platform allows to build reliable bots using Python which can be orchestrated from a web plataform. This way we can ensure bots are running in the best way and using less financial and IT resources (machines) since Python is lighter than RPA tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The control room could be more user friendly.
- Some error messages whithout treatment (Try/catch) does not come into the CR whith the whole text. However, we need to check the code to assess it.
- Sometimes the runner service stops. It could be updated automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like BotStudio a lot; it greatly speeds up the development of robots for desktop automations. The orchestration is quite straightforward, and the interfaces are very easy to understand. I must confess that implementing BotCity was easy. Another noteworthy aspect is the libraries that BotCity has developed; the speed and accuracy of the search-and-click function for a reference image are truly impressive. To conclude, BotCity's support is excellent and has always been responsive to my needs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The focal point that truly impacts is the lack of integration with Azure, Jira... for versioning codes; I believe their native option is not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
