Documentation wise its good but it doesn't have extensive webinars and online videos available like with others like Azure IOT. Its customer support is limited to business hours and not 24/7 like we do have in some others. With AWS / Azure you can get easy connections with their infrastructure services **What problems is Bosch IoT Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to manage and monitor large scale IOT devices like in sewer systems is really good ### 2.
