What do you like best about Boost.ai?

I find the boost platform very user-friendly and easy to learn from the perspective of someone who hasn't worked with this kind of service before.

Having the ability to make quick changes and go live with it is something that makes our work very flexible and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.ai?

I've personally started working with filters and I find it a bit tricky to keep the filtered content from leaking out to the "default" filter.

The main issue with it is when trying to replace an action ID, it replaces the content for all filters. It'd be helpful to be able to separate the action IDs for different filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boost.ai?

Their customer success managers are very hands-on and very dedicated. Their platform is also ever evolving and they are in the forefront of incorporating OpenAI in a very good manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.ai?

Dislike is a strong word, but they have some growth potential in their business side of things.

They dropped a price increase out of the blue and per email which was not very well recieved in our organization and created quite a bit of confusion and work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boost.ai?

The Boost platform is highly efficient and user-friendly, and offers endless possibilities for tailoring chat solutions to our customers. I love the chatlog and message analysis tool. What do you dislike about Boost.ai?

It is hard to find anything to dislike with Boost as a company. Their product is really top-notch and as a partner we feel very valued and well taken care of. If I have to come up with anything negative, I wish that their office was closer to mine so that I could visit and "pick their brains" :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boost.ai?

Boost ai has a great panel to work through flows and come up with conversations for the chatbots. And the team is very willing to work with you and answer any questions about how to do something, or why something is happening that is unexpected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.ai?

The only things that I dislike are minor things in the admin panel that are not as convenient that I feel they could be, however they have a great way to providing feedback and have seen many pieces of feedback come from clients that they then incorporate into their next update releases. What do you like best about Boost.ai?

The most powerful NLU/NLP in the market yet the most user-friendly platform. Easy and fast to implement and empowered with a lot of pre-trained content for relevant industries and processes. The scalability is better than any other platform I've seen - you can literally have thousands of intents with a prediction of over 90%, and the administration of the bot is effortless. I also appreciate the many standard integrations available, as well as the high security offered by the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.ai?

There's really not anything that I dislike, but of course, there are some developments needed for the future like more languages (there are at this point 30 languages which is very good). What do you like best about Boost.ai?

Boost.ai has developed a market-leading platform for Conversational AI. It's easy to use (no/low-code), has great UX, and integrates well with other systems. It makes it easy to develop scalable virtual agents that deliver an excellent user experience for end-users. They've also integrated conversation analytics, task management, and systematic testing in their solution, which enables you to work with continuous improvement. Hence even at an Enterprise scale, it's easy to develop and improve the Virtual Agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boost.ai?

The Boost team has been extremely helpful and there to support us every step of the way. Despite us not being able to provide as many set up hours as planned, we were still ready to go for the start of our season. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementation for mobile isn't fully set up yet, which led to some snags while initially setting up the VA on our mobile app. We had to find workarounds for now until this is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boost.ai?

Boost.ai has an easy and intuitive UI, making it easy to understand how to build your virtual assistant. There is plenty of opportunities for making conversational flows, where you can easily constumaize the flow to different custumers and fully automate customer inquiries with API's to different systems. The platform also makes very scalable virtual agents, making it possible to build a broad intelligence and lots of conversational flows.

In addition to the great platform, the people working in boost are really helpful if there are any issues we are not able to solve ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boost.ai?

There are some reporting functionalities I would like to see in the future, specially related to their human chat-solution. However, when there are spesific functionalities missing, I add them to boost.ai's feedback system, and other customers and partners using boost.ai can vote for the suggestions. Boost takes these into consideration when making the roadmap for the platform. With the fast development of their platform, a lot of the functionalities I've missed earlier is already in place.
