Top Rated Booqable Rental Software Alternatives

I love the support team. They are super helpful. The backend also looks 'modern' which is nice if you have to look at it every day. Besides that it's automated booking system works great, payments get captured quickly and save via a Stripe integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be a little hard to set up to your needs as there are so many features and possibilties. Which is ofcourse great, as we got it to work for us like we wanted with the help of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Booqable was a key piece that really helped us complement our WordPress website by providing an all in one intetrated solution for our rental business.
- Even at the most affordable tier, you will benefit from a solid all-in-one system: CRM, inventory tracking, online store, checkout, payment, and more.
- There are sufficient automation mechanisms to help you save time and energy so that you can focus on marketing and acquiring new customers.
- Customer service is responsible and do the appropriate testing when required, even on your own external website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Some features are not available on Android while they are on IOS (e.g. send a payment request link).
- Some Booqable integrations are not compatible with common website themes your own website (e.g. certain fonts will impact visual components). Expect to do bit of troubleshooting.
- While integrating Booqable to an external website is fairly easy, you will notice that the default cart leads back to your Booqable online store. This adds an extra layer if complexity for multilingual website and to keep branding consistent for users who travelling between your site and the Booqable store.
- The online store is alright if you use a theme , but it was too limited for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Booqable is a no-nonsense rental software choice for a variety of company sizes. When I was initially looking for a backend platform to base my buisness' logistics and management on, I ran into a plethera of rental business software and with all of that, a massive headache. The market is saturated with options that try to focus on selling you their software with a sales team, rather than building actually good software.
Findind Booqable ended my search pleasantly. The Booqable platform is well integrated with tons of third party website software, has a ton of customizability and control over the design and look and feel of my rental site, and checks every feature box I could think of to run my business. I would consider myself fairly technoligcally-inclined and use the platform frequently, and I'm happy to say that Booqable's technical integration is excellent as well. My front-facing customer platform integrates seamlessly into booqable and even uses the Booqable API to pull very specific information points.
Their plans are very easy to compare and Booqable allows you to change plans as you scale your business, so you're always getthe the best value as your business grows. They are a software partner that is easy to start and grow your business on.
With all that, the decision to go with Booqable for my buiseness' needs was a no-brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Booqable platform is built to be bullet-proof: during the initial stages of starting up my business, I ran into many technical challenges, but Booqable had a ready-made solution waiting at every corner. I was thoroughly blown away at their software's capabilities, it's clear that they know what they're doing.
The only thing I could say is a dislike is a very small one for me, but could certainly be a point of improvement. When your business manages multiple locations, and with those multiple locations, multiple sets of staff specific to each location, the Booqable software does not allow you to assign employee accounts to specific locations. This isn't a dealbreaker, but it would be better if there was a way to limit employee access based on specific location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the all-in-one platform to launch a rental store, quick to set up, and customer support that is quick to solve any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is still missing some functionalities, and it could benefit from better support for the fully-digital renting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of the booqable rental software is definitely the ease of rental website creation and the UI. Very intuitive, and easy to get a rental business up and running quickly. The customer support is also very responsive through their in-app messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does seem that there are features which aren't yet fully implemented - streamlining of invoicing to payment systems, organizing inventory, etc. There are also a few bugs we've run into but they haven't slowed us down much, and with booqable customer service and clear development roadmap we can see where things are headed. Well designed for the rental business. Fit the needs of my operations. My clients find it fast and easy to book. On the back end, the dashboard is useful and the conguration settings are well organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My clients are not able to check past and future bookings when they log in. Hopefully the customer dashboard can be offered as a new feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the modern design, easy website building, templates, integrated calendar, CRM system, and reliable support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features are currently unavailable, and there's often a long wait time for them to be added by the product team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of setup and excellent integration between their provided DIY website builder and back-end makes the process very efficent. Any questions I had were quickly answered by their excellent customer support team. I use the software everyday with my trailer hire business and it's well worth the reasonable cost. Some small customisations are missing, such as custom payment methods. I can't find much more to fault it on though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've found Booqable to be perfect for my needs. I like that it's user friendly and that I can have a website along with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't come across anything I dislike to be honest. It's super fit for purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since we started using booqable, our organization has been able to easily feature a wide range of rental products and services throughout our site. The available options for tagging and descriptions, creating product variations, applying discounts, sending invoices and emails to customers have all been incredibly useful. The platform makes checkout and checkin of gear quick and easy for our staff and customers alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been some great improvements and additions to the platform since we started, but a couple of issues as well. At the beginning of a new month, the calendar has a tendency to pop up on the previous month (with all of the days greyed out). Some customers didn't notice what month was listed, and assumed booking was unavailable for the current month. There's also a nice function for adding custom tax information for customers (for adding things like VAT, etc), but this hasn't worked for making an order tax exempt. This may be a bug from including tax in the price of our items, so it won't remove the tax from the total invoice/price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My wife and I purchased a company with a terrible rental software that had almost no reporting function and left the staff members forced to use a mostly paper heavy system. We were able to convert to Booqable and integrate on our website over a four day period with zero downtime and no hiccups with reservations. Most impressive to note, however, was that up until this conversion I had had no systems integration experience, and was able to build our shop in the back office entirely on my own. So far, the only dislike that we've run into has been the functionality of the app. Of course, the app is designed not to be a replacement for the back office, but it would be nice if the app had the same capabilities of the back office for myself as an administrator. Also, while we have enjoyed the FAQ articles and videos, it would be really nice to be able to chat with, or talk to a customer service representative on demand.
