What do you like best about Boon?

With this referral platform, information are stored as contacts which makes it easier to apply a previous colleague.

It has a dash board which shows a ranking amongst other referring colleagues which make challenging to refer more.

I love how Boon is full of job opportunities and the opportunities are explained so well. I love how Boon allows you to pull in family and friends with the employee referral program. I just recently referred a friend of mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Boon is like the "middle man"/liason between me, the person I am referring and the company I am referring the person to. Boon allows users to track their referrals in one glance. Even with using it the first time, you are able to identify which is which. I also love how the right panel appears when you try to submit a referral as it's shows how easy it is to use the platform without losing the initial page you went to.
