**What do you like best about Boon?**

There’s no pressure to stick with just one coach. Scheduling is straightforward, and Boon also gives you multiple coach options to choose from, so it’s easy to find someone who fits your needs.

**What do you dislike about Boon?**

I think it would be easier if there were more scheduling options, or if it were simpler to find the scheduling page (if it already exists). For example, if I want to schedule something new or propose moving an existing appointment, it’s not very straightforward to get to the right place.

**What problems is Boon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Professional and colleague relationships can be difficult to navigate at times, and my coach has been such a helpful, attentive listening ear. It genuinely feels like she knows what she’s talking about; she isn’t just offering advice without first making sure she understands what I mean and what’s going on. She asks thought-provoking questions and even picks up on the fact that I can sometimes ramble, which helps keep our conversations focused. She works with me in a supportive way while also taking into account my perspective and viewpoint within my organization.

There is nothing I dislike about Boon. I only wish everyone had access to this in every company. What would I have done or changed if I had access to this much earlier in my career?

**What do you like best about Boon?**

I like that Boon works at the intersection of personal and professional well-being, recognizing that employees are human and that work and life are not mutually exclusive. Rather than paying for inadequate mental health benefits for employees, I like that the coaching methodology is forward-looking and designed to build resilience rather than letting someone wallow in past grievances. Lastly,  I find that the pay-per-use model ensures we're only paying for those who are genuinely engaged and interested in a coaching process, requiring their own efforts and accountability. I see their structure as prioritizing quality over quantity, which aligns with our company values. They also offer other trainings which we have found beneficial.

Setup and administration is very easy. Customer support and follow up is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Boon?**

The coaching costs rise consistently, so a 1/2 hour appointment can feel relatively expensive. Obtaining feedback is difficult when participation is anonymous, and participants may not complete their surveys.

Offering both coaching and mental health support for employees.

Boon is an excellent resource that gives you the freedom to work on anything to improve your work, personal life, and overall well-being. For me, that means working on developmental areas that are holding me back from my full potential and learning habits to help me achieve my goals. My coach has been excellent!

I don't dislike anything about Boon. My first two coaches were not a good fit for me, and Boon makes the process to gently end a relationship with a coach and start a new one very easy and unintimidating.

It's very beneficial to talk to a third party about work. It's a safe space to work through anything that is holding you back or that you want to improve on.

Boon gives me the opportunity talk through different parts of my life. My boon coach listens, supports, challenges, and hears me. I would not have been so challenged, and succeeded, in my life without my Boon coach. She holds me accountable, in a supporting and positive manner, and celebrates my accomplishments with me!

Unfortunately, the calls are only 30 minutes. Sometimes I feel like we have so much to go over and can be rushed.

I love my coach. It was really easy to choose one and get set up, and I also enjoy meeting with her every couple of weeks for almost an hour. Additionally, I don't ever feel pressure or obligation to meet. If I have other things going on, she is extremely understanding and flexible when I need to reschedule or cancel and Boon makes it easy to do this if I need to.

There is nothing that I really dislike about Boon. Everything so far has been great for me.

**What do you like best about Boon?**

Boon has been an outstanding partner for our organization over the past two years. Their platform is remarkably low-maintenance from an administrative perspective, and the employee onboarding experience is seamless, intuitive, and consistently praised by staff.

What sets Boon apart is their thoughtful, user-centered approach and no-effort implementation. Customer support feels less like a vendor relationship and more like a trusted thought partner, always focused on helping us maximize the value of the platform. Their system integrates effortlessly with our performance management tools, enabling employees to engage in richer, more meaningful coaching and development conversations. The result is a modern, responsive, and truly impactful experience for our people.

Boon has quickly become a core pillar of our total rewards package, supporting employees in both professional growth and personal development. At launch, we chose to offer 12 sessions annually to each employee, but based on overwhelmingly positive feedback, we quickly evolved our service model to provide unlimited coaching sessions for every employee. Employees are able to schedule time with their coaches as often as they feel is productive.

Staff value the anonymity built into coaching, which encourages full participation, while aggregated reporting provides us with actionable insights into coaching trends. Trends and insights are shared month to month, surfacing the most relevant themes across our workforce. Personally, I’ve built a strong partnership with my own coach through dozens of sessions—conversations that are consistently authentic, insightful, and transformative.

Boon has exceeded expectations at every turn and is now an indispensable partner in driving engagement, innovation, and development across our organization.

**What do you dislike about Boon?**

The only opportunity I see for improvement is driving even greater utilization across our team. While many employees are actively engaged with their coaches, I can often tell who is participating by their emphasis on creating shared psychological safety and success through collaboration. This might suggest that adoption isn’t yet universal. My hope is to see 100% utilization, with employees leaning into the resource more frequently. With broader and deeper engagement, I believe Boon could help take our entire team’s development and performance to the next level.

Boon is helping us solve the challenge of making professional coaching accessible, engaging, and easy to manage at scale. Traditionally, coaching programs are difficult to implement and resource-intensive to administer, but Boon’s platform is remarkably low-maintenance and integrates seamlessly with our existing performance management tools. That ease of use has freed our team from administrative burden and cleared the path for coaching conversations to be more meaningful for both the organization and an individual's personal growth.

I have been working with my coach for three and a half years, and I truly value our sessions. During this time, I have experienced significant growth both professionally and personally. Every two weeks, I have a dedicated 30-minute session to discuss whatever is on my mind—a real privilege as a working mom. I often recommend Boon to my colleagues at the office because I believe it has played a key role in helping me achieve better work-life balance and providing a space to express my thoughts and feelings. My coach is what I like best about Boon.  Our time together has been extremely productive.  I see the impact in my daily life both at work and at home.

Nothing really; I'm neutral.  The fact you're making me type more when I have nothing to say is a minor irritation.

My coach has shared several tools with me that I employ regularly.  Perhaps the most impactful was the book, Three Vital Questions.  This tool enables me to evaluate situations at work in a different, less threatening way.  It enables me to think clearly without a negative emotional response.

It is not counseling.  I originally thought this would be like counseling.  So i still need to find a counselor.

Working with my coach has significantly boosted my confidence in my day-to-day responsibilities. Each meeting provides me with the opportunity to reflect on my progress by applying the strategies we've discussed and observing how they integrate into my daily routine. My executive coach is amazing. I've been working with her for almost 2 years and it's been truly transformative. Her thoughtful and challenging questions push me to reflect deeply and practice new ways of leading. Boon also has excellent customer service. I had to change my last coach, and the process was super easy and I felt supported every step of the way.

I think the most helpful thing about Boon is tailoring the career coach to my needs and goals. I'm very happy with the coach I selected. I'm able to discuss past, current and future issues and situations to get better insight on how each situation can be handled. I have learned many new techniques that I'm now implementing daily to have an overall more effective work day.

As of now, I do not see any downsides to boon.

It was helpful to have someone help you talk through your goals and struggles.  I found ways to knock down my barriers and it is helping me to become more confident in my work.

It is kind of difficult to schedule meetings because you don't know if you will have something to discuss or not.  Sometimes you need more time to work on a goal before you meet again and sometimes you wish you could meet sooner.

I was getting anxious and overwhelmed at work.  He helped me figure out a strategy to remain clam and confident.  I am working toward a promotion so I think it will help me get there.

I love that Boon gives me the coaching I need. Not every coach is right for every person. Boon helps you find a fit that works for you. It matched me with a coach who's perspective is what I need to craft the future I want. My coach hears me out, listens to my story and does exactly what he should -- he coaches me toward success.

I work in a fast-paced business. sometimes i have to cancel meetings even if i dont want to. As much as i prioritize myself I also have to respect my work hours. I wish boon made it easier to cancel/reschedule on a whim.

Knowing I have a neutral person to help me navigate challenging situations, both personally and professionally is something for which I am very grateful.

**What do you dislike about Boon?**

Sometimes the scheduling of the zoom meetings has not worked and links were not the same for my coach and for me.  I would rather not have to create another account password in order to just share a review.

I am offered a different way to view situations and to lower my stress by keeping perspective.

Using Boon for the last year and a half has been life changing. My coach has helped with finding a better work life balance, holds me accountable to goals or changes I want to make for myself personally and professionally and makes me feel understood. Since using the product for such a lengthy time frame, I have been able to implement solutions to meet goals and needs to thrive.

**What do you dislike about Boon?**

There are some times where the 30 minute slow is not enough to discuss issues going on as well as coming up with solutions to implement or discuss strategies to make changes.

Creating realistic timeframes to projects, work life balance and nailing down my management style before I became a manager so I could hit the ground running.
