Previously I had said in my last review that I like that the Concierge's reaches out to leads within 30 seconds and while that is still appreciated I also find that sometimes the text convo between Jesse and the lead doesn't make sense. I guess that's why companies like conversion monster exist including BT's own human concierge services now - so anyways after 2 years what do I like....I guess i like the email listings sent to leads, the NOW feature is good too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
this is what I wrote after 9months in, holds true even today in fact in some instances has gotten worse - "Sometimes the concierge doesn't understand my notes or that a conversation happened and sends a smart plan or follow up text that doesn't make sense" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

my website looks like it is from the early 2000s. I am limited to the control of my website. Ended up leaving due to not being able to make the changes I wanted and it still looked outdated. Using Ylopo and Follow Up Boss now- enjoying it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
