The price is too high for poor leads. I was promised 20 leads per month and got 25 leads in 6 months. VERY POOR LEAD QUALITY!!! AND THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF THE CONTRACT YOU ARE STUCK PAYING THIER RENT!! Also becareful, they have a month warning to get out of the contract. If you do not let them know you want to cancel you are on the hook for another month. If you say forget my warning, make sure you set it to cancel when you start. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! The category audit is my favorite part of the whole database. Every week I check my audit to make sure that I have been making calls when I was supposed to and to make sure that my leads are being evenly distributed between categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The phone app is my least favorite part of Boomtown. It is virtually impossible to use, notes do not transfer, and it is not a user-friendly app at all. I think it could be adjusted to be more like the website and it would be used more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
