**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

The most helpful part of BoomTown to me is it is the one place where all my client's contact information, notes and where they are in the sales process is safely and conveniently kept. The upsides to BoomTown include the drip campaigns, e-lerts, and the ability to send listings the lead wants to see!

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

There are integrations but still not enough as they pertain to other parts of the sales process and creating a client for life.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to stay in touch with my buyer leads, sphere, and past clients.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

Ease of use.  BoomTown paid ad leads!  I love the templates for texting and emailing our clients and the automated touch plans (which are essential for success, in my opinion).  The email alerts are easy to set up and effective too.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

Not sure yet.  Still need more time working in BoomTown to give this feedback.  An initial thought is, do you have the ability to @mention colleagues in BoomTown for important notes, documentation, etc,?

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our database properly with existing and new leads to convert for immediate and long-term business.  The automation and drip plans and key for activities to remain at successful, sustainable levels.

The Boomtown platform profides the best funnel for internet leads today!  Scalable as you grow your team Boomtown grows wit you every step of the way.   Our team thrives because of Boomtown.

I would like to see the Boomtown customer facing website more customizable using the latest techniques including video integraton and social media tools.  Thank you!

The main issue Boomtown solves for me and my team is nurturing leads and managing thevday to day activities.  My favorite part is the way it indicates who i should contact based on activity.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

BoomTown is super easy to use and makes it so simple to keep track of clients! I really like the "Now" button that lets me know if my clients are currently looking at property and what locations!

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

BoomTown is so easy to use. I can not find anything to fix on it. It does it all and then some. It is a tremendous tracker to keep up with all my clients. Additionally, it helps me keep my schedule on target.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves time and benefits my clients and my business. Using BoomTown helps strategically focus my efforts on client needs and based on dates, follow ups and trackers, keep me organized.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

Boomtown is very easy to navigate and keep track of my leads. 
Additionally, in my experience, the contact information is correct.
Not the case with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I have yet to make a conversion.  I get the lead and call within seconds and continue to follow up via email, call or text and no response after multiple attempts.  I have never received any inbound communications.  As they often say, get up to bat!

Continual lead flow management, which will enable more opportunity

I like the best fit, I like the categories and e-alerts. I like using my own website and I like some of the extra upgrades and the integrations. This is competitive with other products.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I don't like the business number instead of my cell number. I don't like the way the conceriege follows up with clients, it's very generic and it turns buyers off. I don't like how expensive every upgrade is. The system should be more streamlined and less complicated.

Marching buyers in the CRM with properties that match their search with one click. 
Attractive posts that land more leads. Organizing leads. Business grew, yes.

What I like most about BoomTown is that it continues to exceed my expectations has me covered everytime I plan to build on an idea, it has so many elaborate options to expand your business.

Seems to be working pretty well.  I would reccommend.

Lead tracking, we love the abililty to see what the user has clicked on, track their activity in a timely manner.  The app is awesome, the only thing I wish the app could do was customize the e-mail templates which is not available on the app.

Fantastic company to do business with, very efficient and their CRM is top notch, the best I've ever used. The leads come in fluently and definitely worth the money! Highly recommended!

Hometown keeps you connected with your clients on a higher level. They are able to search and you are able to see everything that they are looking at including the last time they were on the site.

That there is no way to help somebody subscribe back in or opt back in. This makes it really difficult when people mistakenly do it. Having the ability to send them a test link would make it really easy for them to opt back in.

I can see what they are interested in and explain if they could be looking at something that does not work for them.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

The automation. There is a multitude of tools that offer continuous contact with your leads/clients on your behalf. All of these messages are customizable to your liking, so you are sure to be on-brand and communicating in your own voice! There is no shortage of live training, community get-togethers online, and tips & tricks. BoomTown goes out of its way to help you succeed and be very knowledgeable about its product.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

Not much...there are some reporting metrics that could be useful, but overall, I do not find the system lacking. The team at BoomTown is receptive to feedback and always makes updates and upgrades to improve the platform.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to make first contact with new leads almost immediately. The Smart Drip plans can be timed to reach out right away when agents are unavailable to respond in those first few minutes after registration.

The ability to keep up with your clients , e alerts, and task is invaluable. The set it and forget it part elevates your business. No comparison to others

The disconnect with mls and Bt searches.... other than that... nothing! I think it would be hard to be specific to each mls. We love the system.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

It keeps all my clients neatly organized and helps me keep track of their current needs. I also like the automated texting and email systems. It is very robust compared to the Zillow Premier Agent platform.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

The only thing that I dislike about BoomTown is the inability to combine accounts. I have one for my personal clients and then another for the connections I get through Zillow. It's a minor complaint, but it would be more convenient to be able to combine them somehow and keep the lead sources distinguished.

BoomTown minimizes the number of papers and written notes that I need to keep on each client. It also allows me to set reminders which help me keep my head clear and focus on other things.

tags are not available upon entering a new lead (has to addressed afterwards)
I would like Boomtown to be integrated with Sisu

That you can see when the person is viewing the website.

The quality of the leads. 

We need more guidance from marketing analyst on targeting leads. 

We did not have any one reach out and ask if we need more guidance on that.

Boomtown has yet to solve our issue. We will see if we move foward and they help us actually solve our issues.

There is nothing to dislike. If anything then I would say lack of AI.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

Previously I had said in my last review that I like that the Concierge's reaches out to leads within 30 seconds and while that is still appreciated I also find that sometimes the text convo between Jesse and the lead doesn't make sense.  I guess that's why companies like conversion monster exist including BT's own human concierge services now - so anyways after 2 years what do I like....I guess i like the email listings sent to leads, the NOW feature is good too

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

this is what I wrote after 9months in, holds true even today in fact in some instances has gotten worse - "Sometimes the concierge doesn't understand my notes or that a conversation happened and sends a smart plan or follow up text that doesn't make sense"

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems - getting more leads especially internet leads as well as a great IDX site

There is nothing that I like about Boomtown. It is overwhelming and does not let one see if it works for you.

You do not get the opportunity to try this program and opt out.  You are stuck in a contract. I expressed my disappointment and was told you were in it. I would like Boomtown to offer a trial time so you can see if it works for you

my website looks like it is from the early 2000s. I am limited to the control of my website. Ended up leaving due to not being able to make the changes I wanted and it still looked outdated. Using Ylopo and Follow Up Boss now- enjoying it so far.

Templates and listing alerts. The platform itself is good but is too easily used by those who are not seeking contact with realtors and are only fooling the system to gain access to listings.

I seldom get any feedback or real opportunities from those who register. When using for leads and paying what I pay per month, i would like to have registers qualified as legitimate before being assigned to me as a lead.

It is a productive tool for keeping in touch with potential clients and knowing what they are looking at and interested in.

The CMA is ok. The rest is garbage. TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!

The price is too high for poor leads. I was promised 20 leads per month and got 25 leads in 6 months. VERY POOR LEAD QUALITY!!! AND THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF THE CONTRACT YOU ARE STUCK PAYING THIER RENT!!  Also becareful, they have a month warning to get out of the contract. If you do not let them know you want to cancel you are on the hook for another month. If you say forget my warning, make sure you set it to cancel when you start. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

The category audit is my favorite part of the whole database. Every week I check my audit to make sure that I have been making calls when I was supposed to and to make sure that my leads are being evenly distributed between categories.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

The phone app is my least favorite part of Boomtown. It is virtually impossible to use, notes do not transfer, and it is not a user-friendly app at all. I think it could be adjusted to be more like the website and it would be used more often.

Boomtown helps me to be consistent with sending leads properties that they are looking for. I put them on an email drip with their exact qualifications, they receive homes that interest them, they call and ask questions about them, then we go out and see them.

I like the ability to create smart drip plans exclusive to myself so they feel genuine. I also like the notes section, but wish it would allow unlimited characters.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I wish I could create my own custom lead categories instead of being stuck with the handful that are in there. It would allow me to curate my follow up experience in a way that would make the most sense and feel the most effective to me.

If you work the system it will work. You have to be willing to put in the work.
