The engagement is amazing and my clients feel like I giving them one on one attention every step of the way **What do you dislike about BoomTown?** I wish there were more categories... some people I'd like to reject 100% and I dont have that ability. Another issue I came across recently was my clients email address had been flagged and there was nothing I could do about it. Lastly, I feel I am not sure that I understand the difference between drip campaigns and communication based on category. Do I need both? Lastly, I am part of an office group of 20 people who use this.. I'd like to get this on my own but $800.00 per month is steep. To address some of your questions... a) I'm not sure I completely follow you on the difference between Smart Drip Campaigns and communication based on category. Smart Drip Campaigns are essentially your action plans with email and text automation built in. They can be enabled to automatically start when a lead entires a category that has been specified as "auto-start" in the Smart-Drip plan. I'm not quite sure what you're referring to with "communication based on category," so I might advise you to touch base with our Support Team if you are still needing any additional clarification. Their email is support@boomtownroi.com. b) If you currently have an account on a BoomTown platform, our sales team generally will not move forward in selling you a platform without the broker or contract holder's permission. We do this to avoid any potential conflicts of interest. Though, we often see that a broker or team leader will encourage an agent to move forward with their own platform once they hit a certain production level, to give them more control over their branding and lead generation. It is so easy for people using my website to find what they are looking for. The back end is AMAZING!! All the insights you get and it basically does all the work for you and tells you the steps you need to take to be successful **What do you dislike about BoomTown?** It lacks landing pages. The seller suite landing page isn’t great for my market area because we don’t allow public sold data. I wish we were able to creat more and custom landing pages **Recommendations to others considering BoomTown:** It’s expensive if paying in Canadian dollars so be serious about using it and it will pay off 10x **What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?** I always have clients to talk to. Realistically though, we know that it is impossible to force people to give good contact information 100% of the time. In these instances, we recommend just "trashing" them and letting them use your site. We have seen many instances over the years where these "trash" leads become viable contacts and end up reaching out when they're ready! For duplicates, we recommend simply consolidating all emails & phone numbers to the profile that has the most recent activity, re-naming the other something generic ("Duplicate Lead1" for example), and then moving that contact into the Trash category.
