What do you like best about BoomPop?

Boompop's platform made it easy to create a great experience for my team. Their insights about best practices and unique activities helped me create an offsite that improved our team bonds. It really goes beyond just coordinating logistics.

I like that I can see so many of the components that go into planning an offsite in one place. They have all kinds of activities, spaces, and stays to compare / choose from as well as an attentive team that was able to help answer all my questions.

I like their itinerary feature that integrates with calendar, event landing pages, and thoughtful information for planning such as distance to airport. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoomPop?

What do you like best about BoomPop?

I appreciate how BoomPop consolidates everything in one place, allowing me to coordinate effectively with numerous attendees by managing schedules, timing, and travel seamlessly. The ability to organize spreadsheets, send communications, and gather RSVPs and responses all within one platform simplifies the entire process. Additionally, I find the communication from BoomPop's team to be personable and incredibly helpful, facilitating an excellent planning and coordination experience. My attendees have also appreciated the platform, which further highlights its effectiveness. The text agent is next level! My favorite thing by far is having a travel knowledge base that is not only comprehensive but also adaptive to the needs of the entire group! I love not having to wait for someone to get back to me with all my silly to logistical questions and everything in between. Boompop’s event planning platform has been a game-changer for our teams.

With a hybrid team, planning and executing off-sites used to be a major headache. Large events with 10+ people made it nearly impossible to account for every detail, while smaller gatherings happened so frequently that we just wanted a one-click solution.

Boompop has been a lifesaver. The platform combines a modern, streamlined user experience with a powerful engine that taps into a global database of hotels and venues—tiered by budget. Best of all, we consistently save money through Boompop’s negotiated deals.

And when we need to go bigger, their team of top industry event planners steps in to help us design and execute truly custom, complex offsites.

We’ve tried countless other services and software (none of which actually solved the problem). They were clunky, outdated, and felt stuck in the 90s. Boompop is in a league of its own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
