What do you like best about Boomi?

Dell Boomi lets you integrate seamless between systems. With its inbuilt connectors of various platforms like salesforce, AWS, Oracle and many more you can easily configure and connect bw these system. Boomi UI is very user friendly and anyone with little to no knowledge of integration tool can easily pick up on boomi functionality. The error handling mechanism of Dell Boomi is also good. I like the way you can easily track the errors and debug the process. Implementing the solutions are bit easy but when it comes down to complex solutions Boomi won't be able to satisfy your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomi?

Boomi is not advancing in terms of complex logic solutions. There are couple of things that makes Boomi behind other integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud. Also, the customer support is a bit lacky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Bruce Tierney of Boomi

Thank you Shivam for the review of Boomi and also glad to read that your Boomi knowledge has helped you professionally! Have a great day.

What do you like best about Boomi?

Simple Interface - The platform is simple to manage users and environments along with features such as Single Sign on, MDH models etc.

If you want to host it on cloud VM's, locally, you can do that, and there is also MCS (managed cloud solution) option if you don't want to manage the underlying infrastructure so there are options accroding to your prreference & budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomi?

UI switching issues - The platform, when switching to a different menus (eg. from Integration to User management etc.) sometimes takes lot longer than expected. It would be better if this transition / change of menus becomse quick and responsive.

No provisioning support - As of now Boomi only offers just the SSO functionality, but they lack the Provisioning support, by which (in case of Azure) a Entra ID group and it's users can be mapped as Boomi roles and users inside those roles on Boomi platform

Manually setting this up on Boomi side is a task, if you have already done this setup on Azure side ( User groups per environment and it's users) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Bruce Tierney of Boomi

Thank you Ajinkya for review of Boomi and glad you find the UI simple to use. We also appreciate the feedback for UI switching and provisioning. Have a great day.

I am using Boomi for the last 6 years and I find it one of the best tool in the integration field. With its vast connector lists and easy to configure, it become very fast and easy to create pipelines.

With constant updates and the adopting of different AI agents, it remains up to date with the fast-changing world.

The customer support is really remarkable. They know their tool and provide quick fixes.

It really eases the integration and implementation processes. We have used Boomi for most of our clients and they are really happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boomi?

When it comes to data automation, Boomi's rich feature set is second to none. It has an easy-to-use interface thanks to its modules for connecting to various web services (HTTP, SOAP, and JSON) and its integration with many popular applications and services. We like it because its developer platform allows us to create our own applications, which is great for meeting specific needs. The ability to automate workflows and connect software simplifies complex processing, which in turn makes it easier to identify and fix system problems. It streamlines teamwork by making it easier to share relevant data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Users with coding skills will find Boomi easier to use, despite the high learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a Boomi developer and I use Boomi on a daily basis. What I like the most about Boomi is the integration part. The Architect of the Boomi is also pretty good.

Also, the customer support is pretty responsive if the support needs in priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boomi?

I like the applicablility of Boomi and how easily it can be used to create integration processes. Boomi allows me to design and create processes that I can scale up for business uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomi?

There a certain inherit features that I wish Boomi had; specifically in the mapping software. For instance, I have used a mapping software where an 'if-else' logical conjuction was natively built in. Whereas in Boomi, for an if-else there are a couple of ways you have to go about it that don't seem too helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Bruce Tierney of Boomi

Thank you Mitchell for your ease of use and scalability comments. Please submit your if-else request on our newly updated product enhancement portal. Thank you for your continued collaboration and partnership with Boomi. Much appreciated.
