Training content can sometimes feel high-level for complex, real-world enterprise scenarios. Certification preparation can be time-consuming alongside project work. Advanced or edge-case use cases are limited.

**What problems is Boomi Services and Training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Structured training and certifications help me quickly build and validate skills across Boomi integrations, APIs, EDI, and Flow. Best-practice guidance from Boomi Services reduces design errors and improves performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations.

If you are new to Boomi, I recommend taking the free online training. The in-person option is not as cost effective.

For the price you pay, there are more cost-effective alternatives available.

Consider exploring more cost-effective options and limiting their use to specific areas. From my experience, it might actually be better to hire directly from the market.

**What problems is Boomi Services and Training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My experience with Boomi Support has been that they are able to resolve basic issues, but they struggle with more complex problems. I also find that their professional services are quite expensive when compared to the quality of support received. Overall, I would describe the value for the price as just okay.
