The attitude to customer and his needs are very important. We have good relationship with various people in the team and requests are being fulfilled based. The user interface is intuitive and integrates seamlessly with Snowflake. We have gotten a higher value from Rivery versus its competitors, especially with database syncing. **What do you dislike about Boomi Data Integration?** There have been gaps in the documentation that required a ticket for the helpdesk or additional support from the Rivery reps. Additionally, there is little training available to learn new capabilities and ensure you are using the platform to its full potential. **What problems is Boomi Data Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?** The flexibility of Rivery allows us to create a large variety of ETL pipelines in a single platform.
