Boomerangme has completely changed how I manage customer loyalty for my clients. The drag-and-drop card builder saves me hours every week—what used to require a full day of custom development can now be done in under an hour. The digital wallet integration is smooth across both Apple and Google Wallet, so my clients’ customers actually add and use the cards instead of forgetting about them.
One unexpected benefit I found is the geofencing push notification feature. It automatically reminds customers about their loyalty points when they’re near the business location, and that has noticeably improved repeat visits. The interface is also intuitive enough that I can onboard a new client, design a branded card, and set up reward rules in a single session without having to dig through documentation. The main limitation I've run into is the card design customization — while the builder covers the essentials, advanced branding options like custom font uploads or finer layout control would make a significant difference for clients with strict brand guidelines. The analytics dashboard is functional but fairly basic; deeper segmentation tools (filtering redemptions by date range, location, or reward tier) would help justify the platform to data-driven clients. I'd also like to see a more robust API or native webhook support to make integrations with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel smoother without relying on third-party connectors. These are areas with room to grow, but they haven't been dealbreakers for my day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
