I have several profiles in the 'create a meeting' portion which have diferent characteristics, but one I would like is to be able to block each student from making more than one repeat appointment within a set period (ie a week), but keep the total period they can make appointments longer (ie for a 12 week period) - this probably exisits but at the time of writing I have not noticed it. **What problems is Boomerang for Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces the time taken to make appointments with students all of which have unique schedules. I had to schedule meetings with over 50 organizations across all four timezones, factoring my schedule (CST) and my supervisor's (PST) and it was going to be chaos to email back and forth about. The booking feature has saved me hours of work and spared any confusion of overlapping meetings. **What do you dislike about Boomerang for Outlook?** I don't know if this is a Boomarang issue or a Zoom issue- I love that you can connect your Zoom account to have it automatically generate the link but the link that it generates does not seem to work, it doesn't recognize me as the host so I can't start the meeting or admit anyone. The workaround I have found is to just use the "schedule a meeting" feature on the invite as soon as I get it, which generates a new individual Zoom link and then I just update the invitation; not a big deal but maybe could be looked at. **What problems is Boomerang for Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me it solves the problem of having to do a ton of back and forth coordination with many people and figuring out where our schedules overlap.
