So far literally the only complaint I have is that there is no way to avoid current clients from having to fill in the intake form I created, every single time, without my creating two separate services, but for now this workaround is fine and it's well worth the minor headache. I find it really easy to use - even for a not very technical person like me! I have another platform where I can make landing pages and checkout pages, but I find it so much easier in BLAB that I end up just sending folks over here for scheduling appointments and registering for classes. The presentation of my page to my client is absolutely great. I have used other booking systems and this is by far the best looking and configurable.

This is a great platform for scheduling appointments, selling services, and creating booking pages. I have been using this platform for my business for some time now and I have not had any issues. I love how I am able to create different appointments and customize them to my needs, sell my coaching services that involve booking calls in the same platform as where the clients can then schedule the calls, can also create one day meet up and group events. It has the ability to customize the booking site to my brand, which is of good quality. I can change my availability for each appointment seperately. That at present, I am unable to create a package that consists of 2 different appointment lengths for example, one call at 90 minutes and five calls at 60 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
