"Sharing highlights simplified"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

It's super easy to embed company values and praise your colleagues for helping you in a fashion that doesn't feel forced. Bonusly helps us share the best moments with the rest of the company and make people's contribution more visible all while giving my staff a small reward for their extra efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Rewards can be a bit odd in a multinational setup, where Bonusly points worth can fluctuate based on exchange rates, which is an odd thing to keep track of between teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great way to reward colleagues"

What do you like best about Bonusly?

Giving recognition to your colleagues and actually having a tangible reward from it in the form of exchanging reward points for vouchers is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

My team and I are split to support different projects teams through the year, this means we need could do with a short cut way of creating a project team to then reward in one post rather than stating each persons name one by one hoping we don't forget someone! It would be nice to be able to setup a project team and then be able to delete that project team once the project is over. Essentially creating custom groups to reward by given that team a nickname so I only have to @team in the post which will save time each time I go to reward them. This feature would sit nicely under the "Create New..." option, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rewarding via gratitude and money"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

I enjoy the fact that we can show our gratitude to our colleagues by giving them Bonusly points that they will convert into money or gift card because it stimulates us, makes us share anecdotes and makes us encourage others via a good and quite useful way. Original approach that ends up paying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I dislike the fact that not all amounts are convertible. For example, if I want to use 65 euros on Amazon, it is not possible. I need to spend 50 euros or a different amount that is accepted. This forces us to wait long months to finally get the points we need to be able to get the desired product at Amazon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bonusly Makes Recognition and Rewards Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

Bonusly is an extraordinary tool for recognizing and incentivizing co-workers. What I like most is how easy it is to give and receive bonuses or incentives with teammates, and how simple it is to redeem those bonuses, points, and incentives when you’re ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I only get 100 points per month to give away, hahaha. I know this isn’t really something related to Bonsuly and is more of an employer policy, but I’d prefer to receive more points so I can share them and better incentivize my teammates when they exceed their KPIs. "Thought it was cheesy at first, but then began to enjoy giving (and receiving) Bonusly rewards!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

I love how simple it is to give recognition to my colleagues and I love that they can use those points to purchase legitimate things of value to them. I have also really enjoyed receiving the recognition of my colleagues. It's super easy, from Slack or from the Bonusly website, to quickly send someone some points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Honestly, I don't have a lot of complaints. I guess I'd love for the points to go a bit further? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bonusly offers an easy and effective way to giver recognition."
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

What I like best about Bonusly is the ease of use and ability to quickly give recognition to individuals our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

What I dislike about Bonusly is the AI integrations. I do not appreciate the help when writing Bonusly entries, and end up spending more time closing the AI "prompts". It is annoying, and I end up not wanting to use the platform or recommend it to any other companies due to these inconveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bonusly helps me realize how my employee and myself are recognized"
5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

I love how interactive it is. It's like social media in a way, it allows you to check in on who is important in your team especially with the scoreboards, almost like a video game, you can see who is the MVP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The lack of credits you get refills every month. I feel like we need more, atleast 150 because it restricts the amount of recognition you can give, especially if you want to give enough for your whole team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great engagement that provides an awesome boost of energy"

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I like to use GIFs, emoticons and making everything quite casual. It's not on "on your face" kind of boring Congratulations, but instead a chill vibe, like you are Whatsapp-ing with a colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

There are not a lot of general options to use Bonusly on, like mental health vouchers, more grocery stores, etc. In these times, you don't need another videogame, we need grosseries and normal stuff. Also, I think there should be an incentive to use bonusly, for example, if you get X amount of bonuslys in a month you get additional points, or if you give X you also could get a bonus. "Bonusly: Praise that lands in the moment, not only at yearly reviews"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bonusly?

Giving someone credit takes ten seconds and happens where the work already does, in Slack. People see it. The small point balance each month forces you to spend it, so praise flows sideways between peers instead of only down from managers. Tying each bonus to a company value keeps it from turning into empty applause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The feed rewards whoever is loudest and most online. Quiet engineers who ship hard things get less than the people who run demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
