It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. They only offer email support, and I have waited 6 days to hear back from their Engineering team about an urgent issue with their Zapier integration. (Their integration suddenly stopped working for us, which rendered all of our zaps useless - which is a big part of how we reward our employees.)
