I also like that you can reply to recognitions, making them more interactive. The seasonal themes, like the summer theme, are a fun touch that keeps the platform feeling engaging. My only suggestion would be to make the PayPal redemption amounts more flexible. Currently, there's a jump from $1 to $10, so redeeming an amount like $6 requires six separate $1 transactions. I love that it's a quick and impactful way to share gratitude to team members. It takes it a step beyond a quick shout out in Slack, and actually puts a little bit of monetary value behind the kudos. I also love the data and analytics portion-- the competitor in me loves to see where I line up in my team and in the greater org with how many points I've earned.
