What do you like best about Bonusly?

We love using Bonusly for spot bonuses and recognizing team members on the fly. It helps create a connection between team members and makes it fun to thank colleagues for going the extra mile. Key features we like include hashtags for themes, adding gifs and integrating with Slack for some quick messages and visibility.

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I really enjoy a public form for Kudos. As a manager, I can see the Kudos my team reviews, which can be used to help on performance reviews. It's also nice to be able to show greater appreciate than saying thanks in a direct message or in conversation, by giving coins that they can use to purchase gift cards to their favorite sites/stores. And who doesn't enjoy receiving gift cards! Easy to use, and great reminder each month to think of how all my coworkers have stepped up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Nothing...I missed giving all my coins one month because the last day was over the weekend. But now I have my reminder set on the last Friday of each month so that doesn't happen again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonusly?

Slack integrations make it really simple for employees to fire off some quick recognition.

Easy as an administrator to make changes to different people, update amounts, get reports etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Billing is only in USD even though majority of our redemptions are in CAD, meaning we are always on the hook for exchange rates.

The Slack integration in general is great, but it underwent an update recently where it's a fully fledged workflow and the experience isn't as easy, as it also has a delay a lot of the time of when you submit vs. when the recognition shows which has created some issues. It acts as a pretty good way of recognizing top performing employees instilling them confidence and giving them the sense of appreciation

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I love that you are able to recognize colleagues for the great work they do, and that they can have a tangible reward for their efforts! What do you dislike about Bonusly?

As an administrator, I would love to see more filtering options in the redemptions field. It would so helpful to be able to filter by location, as I work in an international company and sometimes feel that redemptions in my region can be difficult to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have frequent contests and friendly compatitions within teams, and bonusly is a great way to recognize and reward without having to spend time, effort, and money sourcing prizes. What do you like best about Bonusly?

Bonusly has been a fantastic tool for our statewide, community-based organization. It has helped us foster a positive culture of celebration and appreciation, making it easy for team members across different locations to recognize each other’s hard work. What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I frequently don't receive email notifications when staff have given out a bonus (despite adjusting settings.) When the email function isn't working staff aren't notified when a team member is appreciated or celebrated unless they log in to the app, which seems to decrease overall engagement. I don't like how you only get redeemable points only if someone 'shouts you out' even if you've used your monthly allowable month to send to others. So if other people do not do the same, it can give the illusion that you're not like or appreicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonusly?

I love being able to recognize and reward my teammates for their support and expertise and that they can do the same for me. I love the reward options, especially the gift cards. What do you like best about Bonusly?

How easy it is for our staff to understand and use. I am not inundated with questions and emails after New Hires start. When conducting staff check-in interviews, most will mention Bonusly, and they enjoy being able to give shout-outs to their coworkers in fun and rewarding ways. I love that bonusly allows you to recognize co-workers for their projects or special performances in a fun and encouraging way. I wish the GIF's were more nuanced or there was a "pro-tips" for finding the best GIFs to go with your recognition.
