Or, I guess I should say..a bonus! **What do you dislike about Bonusly?** If Bonusly offered more ways to leave a comment, that would be great! The selection of gift cards is also limited for countries outside the US (for example, Canada). On top of that, saving up points to redeem a larger gift card doesn’t give any bonus in terms of the monetary value of your points. **What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an employee in a special status, this helps make sure we don’t fall through the cracks. It reduces the need for us to go to HR to ask for the same privileges, and it also helps prevent us from slipping through silently without even knowing about these kinds of benefits. ### 43.
