From the beginning, it was easy to use. **What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes it is not easy to find the right way to recognize great work from individuals or teams. Easy to withdraw and the platform is user friendly. **What do you dislike about Bonusly?** I hate how everytime I withdraw my points with the website it provides a different virtual card. I feel since the website identifies that its my profile to allow me to withdraw to the same card instead of having 3-5 different virtual cards as the cards do expire in 5 years. The other problem this creates especially for me is that it now does not allow me to add the different cards as I am constantly deleting and adding different cards. It's also fun to add gifs to the Bonusly to add extra laughs or flair. **What do you dislike about Bonusly?** I do not like the "temp check" feature. It's recent but I don't like Bonusly trying to serve as an in-between for my manager and I. **What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Furthering encouragement! Sometimes people don't say thank you enough (in general, not talking about my workplace). It's neat to add a little incentive to it. ### 37. I also wish that in the Slack feed, replies to posts stayed with the post, instead of posting out of order.
