## Bonusly Reviews
 ### 1. A Great Motivation for Contribution and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalabh A. | Senior Principal SDE - Channel Partner Presales Solution Engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Easy to use, appreciate small wins, boost moral, easily recognised, being visible and ending up with various swags.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Well, I would say, have more vendors on board to have choice of many more partners to purchase or utilise the swags from. Also, improve the international shippings, and availability of brands across geographies. I don't dislike Bonusly, though, by saying this.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boosting emloyee moral, being visible and appreciated - and it helps me in being engaged and dedicated to contribute and get recognised with the peers.

 ### 2. Effortless Recognition That Boosts Team Morale and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petya D. | Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

II encourages a positive and motivating work culture by making recognition easy and fun. It helps team members feel appreciated and valued in real-time, which really boosts morale and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that towards the end of the month, some team members on the same team sometimes exchange points among themselves, which can unintentionally devalue the spirit of the program. It might be helpful to explore ways to regulate or discourage this behavior to maintain the integrity and impact of Bonusly.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly addresses the challenge of recognizing and appreciating employees in a way that everyone can see. By making peer-to-peer recognition both easy and enjoyable, it helps create a positive workplace culture and boosts team morale. Personally, I feel more connected and motivated, knowing that all contributions, whether large or small, are acknowledged and valued.

 ### 3. An easy to use reward platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | IT Operations Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly encourages open and honest feedback for employees and allows for true appreciation to be shown.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I can't think of anything that Bonusly doesn't do well, honestly. There's not something in the reward space that I think Bonusly could do better.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly allows for employees to show appreciation for each other through a point (dollar) system that benefits everyone.
Companies can share exclusive gear without "selling" it, employees can share their love and adoration for each other, and people can get real gifts!

 ### 4. I like that we can exchange points for gift cards.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

I don't like that you have to use them before the month end.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps give recognition to my colleagues and make me feel seen.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The fact that you can add gifs with your post.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Nothing really, maybe could be good idea to be able to change your redeemed gift card after it's been submitted but other than that nothing.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 7. Bonusly is such a fun way to give and show appreciation!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It's fun and easy to use. The rewards section is expansive and exciting to choose from

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

N/A Bonusly is great. I haven't had any issues.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a lot of remote employees, this gives me another avenue to show appreciation towards them.

 ### 8. Bonusly is Fun and Encouraging!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that both employees and employers can reward each other for whatever they feel is worth rewarding! It's also fun to add gifs to the Bonusly to add extra laughs or flair.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I do not like the "temp check" feature. It's recent but I don't like Bonusly trying to serve as an in-between for my manager and I.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Furthering encouragement! Sometimes people don't say thank you enough (in general, not talking about my workplace). It's neat to add a little incentive to it.

 ### 9. A Meaningful Way to Recognize and Appreciate Your Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana C. | Luxury Cruise Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The way you can recognize people in your organization and show them you care about them.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

That doesn't have enough emojis or that you can't upload yours

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great tool that helps us to reflect on the care of the people for others and recognize them publicly, as well as showing that they can have an additional reward and use it as they wish. It is beneficial, because I've been able to used those points I have earned to have additional incentives like gift cards and others.

 ### 10. A Simple but Powerful Way to Boost Team Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

We've been using Bonusly for a while now and it's made a real difference in how our team acknowledges one another. The platform is easy to use and integrates well into our daily workflow. What stands out most is how it encourages recognition to flow in all directions, not just top-down, which goes a long way in building genuine morale. A solid tool for any organization that takes employee engagement seriously.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

some employees find public recognition uncomfortable, and the social feed format isn't for everyone

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping employees feeling seen and appreciated, especially in a remote or hybrid environment. It removes the awkwardness of recognition by making it easy, frequent, and fun.. which has helped us build a stronger team culture.

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Gives you an opportunity to highlight your colleagues for things that might go unnoticed.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping me engage with my teammates more.

 ### 12. Boosts Team Morale and Recognition Across Farm Sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamil J. | H&S Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is great for recognising and rewarding team members across different farm sites. I like how easy it is to give quick, meaningful recognition for hard work during busy harvest periods. It helps boost morale, keeps seasonal and permanent staff engaged, and creates a positive team culture. The ability to tie rewards to company values is also a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Bonusly can be challenging for seasonal farm staff who are not familiar with digital platforms, requiring extra time for onboarding during busy periods. It also relies on consistent internet access, which can be difficult in rural areas, making recognition less immediate. Another drawback is that the reward options could be more tailored to agricultural or farm-specific needs.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly solves the challenge of recognising and rewarding employees across multiple farm sites and seasonal teams. It provides an easy way to give instant, meaningful recognition, which boosts morale and engagement during busy harvest periods. By creating a culture of appreciation, it helps improve teamwork, retention, and motivation for both permanent and seasonal staff.

 ### 13. Easy to use and fun to share with co-workers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I love that we can share a gif and recognize our co-workers for being amazing!

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish it had more fun gifs to use to share with others.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to communicate and show appreciation to our colleagues.

 ### 14. Fun and Effortless Recognition with Bonusly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Bonusly is fun and so easy to use with Slack. I love giving my colleagues their virtual flowers! I give recognition more often with this tool because of its ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish the GIFs and images I want to use in my recognitions were easier to find and that there were more available options.

I also wish that in the Slack feed, replies to posts stayed with the post, instead of posting out of order. This makes the original post hard to find.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It encourages me to share my appreciation for team members and their work. It also makes me feel good to be recognized, and I love that it comes with the perk of points that I can spend. So even though the words are nice to hear, it's backed up with $$$.

 ### 15. Fun to get recognized and be able to reward teammates as well

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I love how Bonusly makes it incredibly easy and fun to recognize my colleagues' hard work in real-time, which actively boosts our team's daily morale.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The only "dislike" I have is that I often run out of my monthly allowance points too quickly because there are so many amazing teammates I want to reward!

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly solves the problem of feeling disconnected or underappreciated in a busy work environment by creating a continuous, public loop of peer-to-peer recognition (not only yearly and from the top-management).

**Reviewed by:** Jason W.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

I like that I can use my points to redeem items for personal use, like gift cards or even company-related swag and clothing. Peer-to-peer recognition helps engage and build an amazing culture. I enjoy redeeming my points because it allows me to get recognized for great work and, in turn, I benefit from being able to get things for myself, like gift cards, clothing, and company swag. I also appreciate being able to see my peers' recognition so I can congratulate them, providing congratulations to whoever got recognized by others.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Nothing

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bonusly for peer-to-peer recognition, helping us engage and build an amazing culture. I like redeeming my points for personal items and seeing peer recognitions so I can congratulate them, enhancing team morale.

In my experience with Bonusly, one of the aspects I like most about it is the inuitiveness. The interface is simple to understand which makes it easy to give points to people, as well as see what points have been given to you any by whom. I especially like the integration with Slack to see a running ticker of Bonusly activity. Bonusly provides a user-friendly way to give encouragment and recognition to teammates and co-workers for their work efforts, or just because you thought of them. You can trade in Bonusly points that you've earned for points you can give to others, or trade them for rewards like gift cards. I love it!

I don't think it has a downside, it is easy to use and makes people feel appreciated.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bonusly makes it easy to recognize team members you may not be in a position to normally recognize them. I cannot give people raises or money, but giving them points in Bonusly is like I am!

I liked the previous notifications interface. It's a bit harder to find my bonusly notifications now.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me recognize my peers in a difficult job that can sometimes feel thankless.

 ### 39. Its a great way to give extra recognition to colleagues and those working in other departments.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I wish we didn't always have to add hashtags

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 40. Awesome Team Building Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason C. | Regional Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

Easy to use, rewarding and appreciative to other coworkers with the recognition

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

Need more prizes and rewards. Different vendors with different categories

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing team members how much you appreciate them and the work that they do monthly.

 ### 41. Fun way to give your colleagues recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

It's a fun way to recognise someone for the help they are giving you. I also like the selection of the rewards we can get from it.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

I think maybe leadership boards. It's nice to see who is recognised but there are some teams that would naturally get more points as their role is in support vs some others.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we ask someone for help but don't have a way to thank them/recognise them for their help. Bonnusly helps with that.

 ### 42. Easy Redemption, But the Experience Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Bonusly?**

The written call-out is clear, and redeeming points for gift cards is easy.

**What do you dislike about Bonusly?**

The points expire, and it honestly feels like a chore having to use them up every month. The selection of gift cards is also limited for countries outside the US (for example, Canada). On top of that, saving up points to redeem a larger gift card doesn’t give any bonus in terms of the monetary value of your points.

**What problems is Bonusly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an employee in a special status, this helps make sure we don’t fall through the cracks. It reduces the need for us to go to HR to ask for the same privileges, and it also helps prevent us from slipping through silently without even knowing about these kinds of benefits.

Bonusly has helped raise our employees' awareness of the different roles in our company and the projects everyone is working on. Before, there was questioning of roles and workload, and now it's easy to see how involved everyone is in growing our company. There's more willingness to collaborate and celebrate others' success.
