We recently (in the last year) switched to Network for Good as our donor management system. It was a huge upgrade to our previous system and we love the ease at which we are able to communicate with our donors. Unlike other solutions, BGF actually is a fully integrated solution for nonprofits. They get that nonprofits run on shoestrong staff, stretched in a hundred directions. The access and use of the data management tool is the primary reason I stay with Bonterra (Network for Good). I cannot adequately express how helpful it is to have this tool and the associated resources. It makes tracking and communicating with my donors easy. I love it. Keep it simple. If you are looking at Bonterra Guided Fundraising, you are looking for an organization that provides results. The results, for our organization, comes from our relationship with our Fundraising Coach. Our organization (Five Rivers Cooperative) has a small staff. We needed a coach that could quickly get our team up to speed regarding fundraising. Bonterra provides excellent tools, but again our coach took our team to the next level. The downside, it's difficult to reach our coach on days other than scheduled. Bonterra needs to allow coaches to work more fluidly with their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having everything in one place has been a relief for us. We are a small organization, and we used to bounce between five different programs for forms, emails, database, donor management, and whatever else we need. Now it's all coordinated and in one accessible piece of software. Customer support has been wonderful, and having all the FAQ's and videos available has been extremely helpful.
