My favorite feature about Bonterra are the video thank yous. Donors absolutely love them and it's a great way to personalize your thank you message and it's very memorable. EA produces tracking URLs for Online Actions including petitions, advocacy, and donations, which the Targeted Email function then flags and forbids us from sending. Email is our most reliable mode of communication with supporters, so not being able to integrate EA's own functions in email blasts is deeply frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love all the ways I can customize this platform for our needs. From creating contact & donation forms to beautiful looking emails to recording donations and keeping our database current, this is a fantasic system. The learning academy was immensely helpful during our onboarding process and I have yet to ask a question that wasn't answered in a professional and friendly manner. The support has been amazing! As a small organization of only 4 and a half years in existence, i dislike the cost of the software. I would very much like to keep the system because it is more detailed and proficient than any other program i have used before but the cost is too much to fit into our budget to keep it on a monthly and permanent basis. I almost hate getting too acustomed to it and too familiar with it because i know that when my program comes to and end, i wont be able to keep it. It will consume too much of our monthly budget. If we had taken on a substanial number of new accounts and donors to compensate for it, I would consider keeping it. This is what i dislike about the software. I love the easy to use interface. We can easily connect to donors, see what our campaigns are doing, and acknowledge donor gifts quickly. They give us a structured and detailed plan for our fundraising campaigns that make it so convenient for us to implement. We could not do what we do without Bonterra! The onboarding process was simple comparred to others I have had to go through. I also like the fact that everything that I need is in the same dashboard. I do wish that the Sponsor Event Button was more prominent on the Campaign Page. When you set up an event with ticket sales and sponsorship opportunities.
