They are not worth the money. For what they charge, the system should be much more user friendly. I have been calling every single day for the past 34 days and have not gotten a single response. I have emailed 6 times and no response. The system is cumbersome and not at all helpful for a smaller nonprofit. There is a LOT of competition now, even some completely free systems, and I cannot recommend enough that you choose something besides EveryAction. Plus now, they are using their own payment processor so they get to take even more of your money.
