Apricot has an easy system to it. You can search, depending how your system is set for your employer, you can search participants and landlords by just three letters. All our main subjects were on the same page. Easy access to participants information. I think we only had only one to two hiccups with Apricot. We didn't mind because that gave us an extra break. I'm not sure what is least flavorable about Apricot. Depends on how the company structures Apricot. Some things can by annoying. We had to save everything in order to move to a different tab; understood, but annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I need to find certain informatin about a client or paperwork trails Apricot is really good site to have on deck for those. It's easy to navigate and not difficult to understand or operate. Having spent over 20 years in case management, I can confidently say that Apricot (Bonterra) is one of the best software options I've encountered. It's incredibly user-friendly; I was able to navigate it easily right after my first training session. I have issues with how much work you must put into getting the program to run reports tracking multiple data points simultaneously. As a transtional housing nonprofit, and in the evolving world of medicaid expansion, Apricot allows me to acces information for funding and advise decisions. Creating reports as a user, not administrator, is not allowed (in our organization.) It would be helpful to be able to easily create reports as needed pulling only the information needed at a moment's notice.
