The ability to create exactly what we needed and wanted was thrilling. The process was easy because I didn’t have to do it personally. However, the person who did manage it was able to incorporate all our requirements and make it user-friendly for everyone. Although she’s not a tech expert, with Bonterra's help, she successfully built our entire program.

Since we use it every day, we can immediately address any issues or customize it as needed. We transitioned from our old system without any significant problems. The program itself is straightforward, allowing us to train everyone without any major comprehension issues. Even our elderly volunteers can use it without any difficulties.

The integration of this program was seamless. The implementation was also smooth, and everyone has been able to use it as if they have been doing so for years. Somehow it would be nice to have a better view for all the important highlights from case notes. A way to read the notes so we can make sure we didn't miss anything. I think it would be a better experience if I could modify the main menu to personalize it. I would love to have control over the cases that I am linked to and have them right there on the home screen.
