Additionally, it is a good complement to the "traditional" time tracking/recruiting tools. It is very well suited as an internal informal platform where recognitions can be exchanged and successes celebrated together. **What do you dislike about Bonrepublic?** Some things do not yet work smoothly. However, it must be emphasized how well Bonrepublic responds to requests/ideas and implements them in subsequent updates. **What problems is Bonrepublic solving and how is that benefiting you?** In everyday operations, recognition often falls short. Bonrepublic regularly reminds us through the visibility of all recognitions to say "Thank you" in between. ### 2.
