"Fantastic app and customer service"

What do you like best about BON Loyalty?

I absolutely love this app! Setup was simple, and within 24 hours I had my Loyalty and Rewards Program up and running. The best part, though, is the outstanding customer service. The whole team is excellent, especially Sienna, who went above and beyond to help me import previous customers so they could receive their well-deserved points and rewards retroactively. It was a big task, but she handled everything quickly and efficiently, which allowed me to share the exciting news with my customers the very same day the program launched. I’m truly impressed with their support and very happy with the platform’s interface overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BON Loyalty?

"Good value for money"

What do you like best about BON Loyalty?

Being able to offer both a loyalty and a referral programme, with extra options such as birthday offers. Also very reactive customer support, making it easy to integrate to Shopify Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BON Loyalty?

Some customisations for specific missing features will come at an extra cost, but at least there's the option to have them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
