It's powerful AI technology is second to none and is like having your own virtual assistant on board. **What do you dislike about BoldTrail?** My only complaint is the ease in which you can categorize leads takes place. I would like to more easily search for recent chats with leads and to look up people with hashtags could be more user friendly compared to some other CRMs. **What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?** KVCore allows me to automatically save leads through the .cab input, from the open house app and through my phone when I'm doorknocking. The support was actually not very helpful infact ignored several emails until i stopped paying them and had to contact the CEO to get the cancellation. ### 13. The ability to have trigger-based messages (and customize it for my brand) is a game-changer. It's also nice that public data helps complete otherwise nameless leads, using an email address. **What do you dislike about BoldTrail?** The tool can be rather complicated. For users who aren't tech-savvy, it might be worth paying someone to go through an initial setup or customization of drip campaigns. This is because every market is different, and not all drop campaigns or messages were applicable to my clients. Plus, I made them more personalized by trying to add additional value to the messages so that it's clear they stand out from other agents. The system takes hours to learn, but is worth it. **What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead generation is the primary benefit I get from using the tool.
