What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

My favorite parts about using Brokermint are the ease of merging, splitting, and renaming documents right there. And the organization features are top notch! Switching to Brokermint has been great for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

There aren't many issues I've had with Brokermint. It is fabulous as-is. If there was one thing I had to change about it, I would add a bit more customization to the checklists. You can add custom fields, but I would love to be able to put those custom fields on the home page of the transaction menu and the buyer offers menu, so I could sort by Client names or otherwise. What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

The checklists are super handy and they are customizable. I have been with them for over 3 years, and I still learn new things every day that it can do for me. It has taken a while to get some things set up, but overall, it's been helpful in keeping us all organized. The Broker can see everyone's files all in one place and check off on them. The price and support of BM has been great. We usually chat with support and 9 times out of 10 our question is answered in 3-5 min. The CDA functions is very robust and we really dont even use all of the functions it can handle; splits, caps etc. Checklists sync to your calendar on your phone, closed files backup to google drive. What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

The Esign doesnt allow for a mandatory checkbox of one or the other to be checked. It allows either all mandatory or none. It would be awesome if there were checklists inside of checklists and due dates for those items. More reports would be great as well. Would love detailed templates of all sorts of things so Brokers dont have to start from scratch. I would also like to be able to do more leasing things in BM. Right now its sort of cumbersome to use the Esign and checklists for Leases. It would be nice to be able to hide a checklist within a folder, for example a closed buyer on your listing. We create only one file for this... WHen checking files, there is no back button, really dislike that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BoldTrail BackOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having paper files lying all over the office and having to drive them all over the place to get checked is NO more a problem! Everything is perfectly organized online. It has saved us time and I'm sure, liabilities along the way. Still really learning how to check our files and "turn them in". As well as, learning how to properly used the CDA and accounting functions. IT also backsup closed files, mine go to google drive, so we have a saved copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ONLY complaint I have is that I would like to have some libraries accessible to individuals or teams. Even as an individual agent, if I could create my own templated document for my own personal use, that would satiate my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

I really like that Brokermint attempts to be one stop shopping -- CRM, Zipforms, Docusign, Data collection & reporting, and accounting all in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

We were sold promises that never happened. Then, Brokermint was sold to a new owner and things really went south. The autopopulating of forms rarely works correctly and will get fixed only to go haywire a week or two later and we have to start all over again.

One time the date appeared in every fillable spot! For a while we had weekly meetings with Brokermint to troubleshoot ongoing and reoccurring issues, but our wonderful account rep could only get so far with the software folks. Basically, the data, CRM, and accounting features are great, but the templated forms and autopopulate features are a nightmare!!! When first purchasing this software, we were promised a mobile app and that we would be able to template our online forms ourselves, but neither ever occurred. What do you like best about BoldTrail BackOffice?

One of the tings I like most about Brokermint is that it provides basically everything one would need for a platform for a brokerage. From esign, to a personal link to send in offers, to holding documents for transactions and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldTrail BackOffice?

The esign is a bit clunky as far as it would be nice if it could learn each MLS forms so it can auto put in where initials and signature spots go (for example) without having to manually put them in there. It would also be nice if there could be templates designed for common forms (like disclosures) so our clients have the option to complete them electronically.
