I disliked a lot about Boardworks, it was expensive (every time something needed to be chagned like someons's address they charged you), and in general they were a pain to work with. It's most significant feature is the collaboration part. I can have my whole, the clients and my Chairman in a group and we schedule meetings and discuss progress real time. It's good at not too hefty a price; The syncing should've been much faster. That's probably the only thing holding this app besides a few server issues and not being able to upload new files during a published meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a plenty of things which can be moved little better which in case of sorting relations and building the more efficient database.
