BoardPAC offers a seamless solution for uploading agendas and creating minutes for Board & Committee meetings. it combines efficiency, ease of use, and a professional interface to ensure smooth meetings preparation. Web Application takes a bit of time to load, it is possible that the issue is directly relation to our internet access (backend portal), mobile app seems fine. Would also like to have a desktop app for backend services as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Multy functionalities ( minues, actions, standard agendas to save time etc.
- Easy to access confidential documentation.
- Using the applicaiton monthly, quick and easy to access to create agenda's and uploding of multiple documents.
- External supplier's (BoardPAC) relationship with Deloitte ATS team is great, and working together to sort out our customer issues and provides support promply.

Upgrading from the older version to the latest version is seamless and easily implementable. The support during the migration was satisfactory.
The latest upgraded version also meets the CBSL regulatory requirements such as encryption and maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality.
The latest version is compatible with all devices including iOS, macOS, android and windows. This has helped us in supporting multiple user segments including the middle management .
Further the BoardPAC solution including front end and back end infrastructure complies with the banking security policies, which are in line with the ISO27001.
With the completion of the upgraded version we have more frequent management meetings in addition to board meetings,which enables ease of use, convenience, transparency and tracebility.

BoardPac is a very user friendly platform that we use for the convenience of the Board members. It is very easy to use for all our Board Meetings and sharing of board papers and other papers for approval every month, and our quarterly meetings. Our Board members frequent the platform for all important information and notifications.

The software has helped to great great extent in conducting Board and Committee meetings. It is very user friendly and the support team is very helpful. They are just a call away. BoardPAC is very user-friendly. The upsides of using BoardPAC is the ease with which one can load reports for meetings and similarly how easy it is to access these reports from the front end. It makes running a meeting very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When circulating resolutions/documents for approval, it doesn't allow for having multiple signatures on the same document. Directors aren't comfortable with sharing their electronic signatures with us to upload onto the system so we have to revert to circulating PDF documents if we need signatures on a resolution.
