Have pre build templates to build startegies if you have confusions. Can add team mates easily. A great find of mine in 2024 is Boardmix. It is so useful and I can keep track what to do, what in my team's bucket using Boardmix. The dashboard UI is cool with a great set of features. Also they have integration with almost all the tools we use in our company. They provide great customer support resources.
