What I like most about board effect is that it is secure, it is very easy to use, but the best thing is the support. You literally get a human being each time you call. You typically get the same people that you get to know. And they can very easily handle your problems. There's not much I don't like, but sometimes it can be confusing going from room to room, and remembering what room each person has access to. There could be some improvement around authorizations per user and making that very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
