Intuitive, easy to handle, with a learning curve very well adapted to modern times and above all, something that is usually the warhorse of many applications: an extremely useful and intuitive help. With a very pleasant environment and without overload neither RAM nor Processor of PC, whatever the massive data managed by the app wants. I think with the amount that I have tried (especially B.I. software) this is one of the lightest I have intuitive. It works perfectly and that is what it is worth at the end. **What do you dislike about Board?** The truth is that it has few failures ... To put a couple would say that at first glance it can be very simple: let me explain. We have tried multiple other software but nothing is close to this. Coupled with clean and intuitive buttons and functions, we have grown so used to BOARD that we will not think of changing to other BI tools. In the technical aspect of implementation, we have tried a couple of other tools. We were not confident of implement this in the beginning due to the bad experiences. However, with the support from the team from BOARD, we were able to plan our key milestones properly in a "phase" approach. Once you get the hang of the tool, you will be off to use the tool without any external assistance! Not only did we use it as a BI tool, it also helps us with the corporate performance management. When the timesheet is updated by staff, it is now immediately viewable through the reports that we can generate on the fly. This actually helps out a lot for our HR department. Lastly, as a product which is out in the market for a while, the community from public forums is large enough to handle simple questions. Simple googling solves our technical problems in minutes. **What do you dislike about Board?** With the ability to customise many features, there comes a steep learning curve in the beginning. It does not help much due to the fact that BOARD handles OLAP processes differently. It has support for so many types of databases CSV , Excel sheets to name but a few. Reports are neat, and can be saved for previous versions. What I really like about BOARD is the easy integration with databases from various platforms using its Data Readers (Ms SQL, Oracle, Excel, MySQL and so on) It is also very easy to set up data input. This could solve many cases where otherwise Excel reports are sent accross the organisation just to fill in data with the difficulty that the format needs to be maintained. **What do you dislike about Board?** The user interface is not the best out there, and if you don't get familiarized with it, it can become tedious and boring.
