Board Add-On, this could be developed slightly, for instance you can't be logged in Board Add-On and Board at the same time, for instance if you wanted to cross check the numbers you have pulled. When there is a lot of data/calculations involved, the system tends to slow down, processing speed is affected and also it is very dependent on the internet speed.

It is an off the shelf system and thus requires a lot of customisations in house. May be it should introduce some preset common templates for use by industry in market.

There should be some improvement on the formatting once the data is export in excel format. Currently, in the exported excel file, all are set to be "text" format and it requires a fair bit of housekeeping in cell formatting etc before it can be used as a normal file like other excel files.

In addition to the current "per license" fee base, may be should introduce more economical package like packages for 4 users, 6 users etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy and fast to create a lot of dashboard and reports with a very large amount of data so that final users can do analysis of the business in few time. All new requests can be performed without trouble Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate very much this software and I didn't find any big issue till now. There's only one thing I have noticed: in a dashboard containing a summary table it's not possible to place the sum of the columns in the first row but only at the end and this is not helpful in case of a large number of rows.
