I like the possibility to:
1) have in the same platform actual data and a place where make dataentry on budget/midtermplan
2) develop in a very simple way, great dashboard and capsule with custom desing and function;
3) manage smarter dataentry process with a huge number of users;

BOARD has the ability to load and design multiple data models with the flexibility to add lines and additional components in a easy to use and intelligent manner. The ability to change the data model and modify as you go provides a perfect solution for ever changing business needs. BOARD is a robust tool that requires a comprehensive and proper setup. BOARD could use a few more additional visualizations within its capsules as its competitors release new visuals constantly thru a crowdfunding strategy with power users and developers. The desktop version feels a bit dated with the look and feel of Office 2013. The new web version and the upcoming releases are expected to resolve a vast majority of these issues. I like that the toolset can be used for many different business processes. It can replace passing Excel spreadsheets around, and provide effective reporting. Rather than buying several different products, we decided to purchase BOARD and slowly update our business processes to use it where appropriate. There are many features and options. It can sometimes be overwhelming to decide which features and options to use on which screens. Having a clear roadmap is important. For a conglomerate long-term detailed budgeting, processing would take longer time due to the cube structure complexity

- The smaller size of the vendor allows a good relationship with consultants, technicians and marketing experts from the headquarter
- Good working interface to SAP, CRM MS Dynamics and Cognos TM1

- The Microsoft Office addin especially is very powerful tool, on the other hand especially the Excel addin causes some crashes ad support some limited amounts of layouts

Board it's an all-in one toolkit that allows User to cover all the business needs. Using a unique software a user can manage data, calulate figures and create all kind of reports. Any user can create his own application without an hard programming training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Board is not really integrated with other system in terms of exporting data: txt file is the main solution. No problem importing data with ODBC protocol available for all data source but is not the same for exporting a big amount of data.
